Missions Working Team Report – Diane Rutledge

• Nothing to report

Finance Working Team Report – Charles Frederick

• Stephanie Knapp added as an  authorized signer for TD Bank
• ATSP playground equipment update is moving forward

Trustees Working Team Report – Bob Blanke

• Ad hoc team continues to work  on a plan to manage church contracts
• Sanctuary seating and flooring replacement is progressing and should be completed May 22nd        
• Church Clean-Up Day is May 25th at 9:00 am

Other Items

• April 2024 Board of Stewards meeting minutes were approved
• April 17 Churchwide Town Hall Meeting notes are attached
• BOS discussed and reviewed the General Conference Meeting.  Also, a review will take place on May 15 church luncheon and CHOW
• Group discussed a Board of Stewards Covenant  
• Kyle Addison was unable to attend and Jack Harrison led the BOS meeting
