Board of Stewards February 10th, 2026 Meeting Minutes
In-person attendees: Erin Brady, Celeste Tolbert, Dessa Boynton, Aaron Byrd, Bill Hansen, Donna Galloway, Sharon Blythe, Ed Garrison, Les Swick, Joe Tarpley. Zoom attendees: Patty Olbrantz. Missing: Stephanie Knapp, Aaron Davis.
Meeting called to order at 6:08pm. Quorum present.
January Minutes were reviewed and approved.
Bill Hansen will be Vice Chair and Aaron Byrd will be Recording Secretary for 2026.
Reviewed last month’s action items.
Les reminded us that there is a Building Use Form that needs to be signed by groups that use our facilities, so we can keep track of who was here and when. All damage that is discovered needs to be reported to the Trustee Working Team ASAP.
Preschool update: Close to full enrollment for 2026-27 school year. Looking for two new board members.
Four BOS working teams gave status reports. Unspent 2025 endowment income rolled into 2026 allowable spending.
Action Item: Employee Handbook says that church staff gets paid twice a month, but in practice they ar paid every two weeks. SPR Team to address the discrepancy.
