Missions Working Team Report – Kathy Woods

Finance Working Team Report – Charles Frederick
- Finance has worked on an updated fundraiser approval policy and a new form will be
- Finance working team has liaisons for Bridges and Around The Son Preschool
- Approved new $100,000 financial reserve policy (money from existing general fund).
- Approved new guidelines for partial payment if CHOW is canceled after food purchased and/or prepped.
Trustees Working Team Report – Bob Blanke
- Ad hoc team is currently working on and discussing a plan to manage church contracts
- Approved Bridges contract for reading specialist
- The main Sanctuary will be closed May 7 – 19 for floor replacement. During this time all services will be in the Fellowship Hall
SPRC Working Team Report-Erin Brady
- The Skyland United Methodist employee handbook has been updated

- A Churchwide Town Hall Meeting will take place on Wednesday, April 17 following Chow
