Missions Working Team Report –
Donna Galloway
- Review Church Calendar. Many upcoming events over the next several months.
- Planning fundraiser. More info to follow.
Finance Working Team Report –
Charles Frederick
- Reviewed Skyland’s year-to-date financials.
- Reviewed working team/BOS relationship.
- Endowment fund policies document was approved. Vote was unanimous.
- Permanent endowment fund document was approved. Vote was unanimous.
Trustees Working Team Report –
Bob Blanke
- Ad hoc team continues to work on a plan to manage church contracts.
- The light fixtures in the colonnade will be replaced.
- The sanctuary will be closed from May 7 -18 for seating and flooring replacement.
- Church Clean-Up Day is May 25th at 9:00 am
SPRC Working Team Report-
Erin Brady
- Currently initiating plans to celebrate staff work anniversaries.
Other Items
- March 2024 Board of Stewards meeting minutes were approved.
- A Churchwide Town Hall Meeting will take place on Wednesday, April 17th following Chow. Agenda is posted on Church website.
- April 23 rd is General Conference and can be streamed live.
- Covenant development will be taken up at next BOS meeting.
