Pastor Joe opened us with the devotional using the book Reflections on Christian Leadership.

Bridges presentation of their Literacy Enrichment Program by Candace Hall
History of Bridges 2.0 by Sandi Heckman – Sandi is the program’s Grant writer
Right now they are writing policies and procedures. Possibly a Board will be put in place in the future. Erin
asked if the paperwork for children is kept safe? The information is kept on an Air Gap computer, which means it has NO connection to the internet. Skyland owns this computer. Private Sharepoint also set up for Bridges.

Question of the night: Should the committee continue with Phase 1 work?
How should people express likes and dislikes? Answer: Email to Kari Byrd.
Yes to move forward in asking questions and but not an ok of the entire list. More discussions with certain
leaders of the church.
Things will change and we will let the congregation know that it is coming!

Sept Town Hall reflections –
Congregation needs to be know in advance of major changes (i.e. cutting of all bushes, etc). using newsletter,
website, pulpit, town hall, and/all BOS Minutes Summary.
Next Town Hall is November Sunday at 10am (same day as hanging of the greens)
End of Year update as possible topic.

Working Team updates
Les – 1 update on gutter, McClung roofing should have gutter replaced by Thursday of this week. Some
estimates might be slightly lower.
Engineering piece is where the new units could be sized differently and possible different locations $7,500.00.
Voting on engineering study to be completed using building fund up to 10K and any overage will be billed to
trustees budget: Motion by Celeste, Dessa – all approved
